We collect information that is needed for the registration procedure at our website. The information that we collected are voluntarily submitted by the customers to us. We collect customer’s personal information during the account registration on our site. Security
We will apply appropriate security application in order to prevent the leaking customer’s personal identification details from third parties, illegal disclosure and hackers.
Confidentially
Your personal information such as credit card details, bank account numbers will be kept secret and confidential with us to any third party. We will never share any of your personal contents without your permission.
Changes to our Privacy Policy
iVET PETCARE have the rights to do any changes/updates Privacy Policy contents without giving prior notice to the customers.
Complaints about breaches of privacy

MAKING A PURCHASE
- At iVET PETCARE, we are not able to neither amend nor combine orders that are made separately and that have been successfully paid for. Please ensure that item, quantity and address are correct before making full payment.
- We post all orders made before 4pm, Monday – Friday on the same day via PosLaju. PosLaju makes deliveries on Monday – Saturday, excluding local public holidays (Malaysia).
- Once the Dispatch Confirmation is emailed to you, your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).
- For all international orders, any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country (if any) must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel.
PAYMENT
All payments have to be made by means specified by iVETPETCARE.COM. Payments shall not be deemed to be made until full amount of funds have cleared.
Prices and shipping rates are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
EXCHANGES/ RETURNS
- All returns must be returned in UNUSED, UNALTERED condition with PLASTIC WRAPPING.
- All returns must be posted within 7 days of receiving your order along with the RETURN FORM.
- All items returned (including faulty items) without abiding by the above terms (1. & 2.) will not be accepted.
- There is a restocking fee of 5% for all items returned.
- Buyer bears the cost of shipping the item back to us.
- SALE ITEMS cannot be returned.
- All returns will be processed by the Customer Service Department, up to 5 working days from the date we receive the parcel.
- All unclaimed parcels are forfeited 60 days after a notification email is sent.
PRODUCT CARE
- Products purchased are advised to the usage for only animal oral use
- All items should not be dried under direct sunlight.
- Products are advised to be kept in chill room temperature for iVETSSENTIALS at least 21 degree Celsius and room temperature for SILKY SMOOTH SHAMPOO.

This Content can be viewed, transferred, shared and stored by our customers and guest. However, the ownership of this Content belongs to iVETPETCATRE.COM [I Vetworks Sdn Bhd] and by downloading or storing of this Content does not render the customer or visitor the rights nor ownership to it.
iVETPETCARE.COM [I Vetworks Sdn Bhd] reserves the rights to pursue legal action against unauthorized usage of this Content.
